Data Analyst - Member Services
A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns for improving member experience and business performance
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Present findings through data visualizations and reports to assist stakeholders in decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer service or eCommerce setting
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
Solid mastery of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with customer service platforms and their data structures is a plus
