A company is looking for a Member Services Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, track, manage, and report on process improvement programs and projects for Loss Prevention and Member Services
Document current and future state process flows and ensure organizational readiness for changes
Maintain a knowledge management system and curate content for ease of search and consumption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of program/project management experience in customer experience
Previous ecommerce or retail experience
Experience with Loss Prevention/Fraud preferred
Proficient in relevant computer applications
