Key Responsibilities Establishes and implements a vision for the school's programs aligned with the university's mission Analyzes program data and collaborates with Academic Program Directors for continuous improvement Directs strategic efforts to enhance academic quality, student outcomes, and program health Required Qualifications A Master's degree is required; a Terminal degree is preferred At least five years of teaching experience in higher education At least four years of academic and administrative experience in higher education Demonstrated experience in program development and assessment Strong knowledge of factors related to retention and success for adult students
