Key Responsibilities Manage a block of State Paid Leave, Disability, and Absence claims effectively and accurately Ensure optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions Focus on enhancing customer experience and maintaining customer relationships Required Qualifications 1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management or related health claim field Claim/risk management skills with technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented with the ability to organize and analyze information PC skills required (i.e., Windows based environment; Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
