Denials Supervisor

A company is looking for a Denials Supervisor to oversee the Denials Resolution Department and manage workflow. Key Responsibilities Supervise the processing and resolution of claim denials Analyze denial reports and recommend process improvements Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of healthcare payer reimbursement and coding (ICD-9 and CPT-4) Minimum of three years in a Senior/Lead role, with two years in Denials and Appeals or A/R Management Computer proficiency with intermediate Excel skills Prior experience in Denials Resolution preferred
