Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of scalable learning solutions, including webinars and eLearning courses
Identify client pain points and develop solutions to improve the client experience
Guide the growth and performance of a virtual team of learning professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
10+ years of experience in learning & development or customer success
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a high-performing team
Strong understanding of customer engagement and employee training strategies
Experience with enablement tools and digital content creation tools
