Key Responsibilities: Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Provide financial modeling and insights to support strategic decisions on investments and growth initiatives Analyze financial performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of progressive experience in Consulting, Finance, or relevant roles in a healthcare organization Extensive experience in data analytics, FP&A, and financial modeling Strong knowledge of healthcare finance systems and regulations Proven leadership and team management skills
