Director of Internal Compliance

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Compliance to lead its internal compliance efforts and ensure adherence to regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive internal compliance program Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and oversee compliance audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal security controls and compliance initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in information security compliance, risk management, or governance roles Previous experience leading multi-framework compliance functions or building a compliance program Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI, CMMC, NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR Industry certifications such as CISA, CCP, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are a plus
