A company is looking for a Director, Process Owner to lead and drive complex business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities Provide oversight for execution of complex business cases, assessing feasibility and risks Lead the activation of strategic guidance on initiatives to maximize effective implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required 7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives required Operations experience preferred CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
