Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently through active listening and problem-solving
Process orders, returns, and credits while following up until issues are resolved
Research potential fraud cases and collaborate with the corporate ecommerce team on backorders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
At least one year of customer service experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Thorough understanding of computer programs used for customer service
Accountable for maintaining ethical standards regarding customer privacy and sensitive information
