Workforce Relations Consultant
A company is looking for a Workforce Relations Lead Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage complex workforce relations cases, including investigations of harassment and discrimination
Provide expert consultation on workforce relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
Advise on disciplinary actions and collaborate with legal and HR teams to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
5 or more years of experience in workforce relations or HR (preferred)
Experience with agency partnerships or employee relations for independent contractors (preferred)
Deep knowledge of HR policies and local, federal, and international labor laws
Ability to influence across all levels within the organization
