Lead Full-Stack Ruby Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Ruby Engineer with a focus on Infrastructure and DevOps. Key Responsibilities Design and build internal tools, systems, and services using Ruby, React JS, and PostgreSQL Lead architecture and implementation of core platform capabilities including CI/CD improvements and observability Manage and evolve Heroku and AWS infrastructures while ensuring reliability and performance of shared systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment Strong experience building and maintaining Ruby applications in production Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL data modeling, query performance, and migrations Experience with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and cloud-native tooling Solid knowledge of DevOps principles including automation, observability, and release management
