Escalations Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Escalations Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues for clients. Key Responsibilities Complete pre-complaint service tickets and take escalated calls to address customer complaints Develop knowledge of deregulated energy markets and utility regulations to assist customers effectively Act as a subject matter expert for the Customer Service Team and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams Required Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or escalated role Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks Accountability to accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve performance goals
