A company is looking for a Facilities Associate to perform various maintenance tasks in support of company facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping, grounds care, and minor equipment maintenance Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs including basic wiring and plumbing Manage maintenance supplies and assist in contractor management for projects Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and required licenses/certificates as mandated by laws Basic knowledge of building maintenance materials and methods Experience with hand and power tools necessary for maintenance tasks Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
