Facilities Strategic Planner
A company is looking for a Facilities Strategic Planner to support the U.S. Navy. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic facilities planning support and interact with government customers on facility planning issues Collect facility requirements, prepare construction scope of work, and develop floor plans using AutoCAD Conduct facilities engineering studies and provide project management support for assigned projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of related experience; OR Master's Degree with at least 1 year of related experience; OR Associate's Technical Degree with at least 10 years of related experience Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim Secret needed to start Experience in developing facilities floor plans and preparing construction scope of work Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD preferred) and other project management software U.S. citizenship is required
