Florida Licensed Operations Manager
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the Member Acquisition call center and ensure service level agreements and sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Train, develop, and lead sales supervisors while overseeing daily operations and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with client rules and operational procedures, including scheduling and goal alignment
Prepare performance reports and interface with clients for strategic planning and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of successful sales management experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience in Individual/Family Plan health insurance sales and Medicare sales
Solid knowledge of CMS rules and regulations, and call center technology
Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
