Key Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in technical support leadership, preferably in educational technology
Proven track record of managing global support operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze support metrics and implement improvements
Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
