Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing annual talent management processes and initiatives
Generate and analyze reports related to talent processes, including performance management and succession planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
