Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients, addressing insurance-related inquiries
Assist in problem resolution and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
Process policies and related documents efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and security
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
Ability to type 30+ words per minute and knowledge of PC software applications
Able to navigate between multiple applications effectively
