Integration Support Engineer
A company is looking for an Integration Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support, incident response, and documentation for customer inquiries
Investigate and resolve technical issues while guiding customers through diagnostic procedures
Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience
Hands-on software support experience with fundamental API knowledge
Experience in SaaS support environments
Familiarity with tools like Postman and CRM applications such as Salesforce or Zendesk
Willingness to learn about the iPaaS industry and new technologies
