A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Individual Solutions to lead a team of Investment Advisor Representatives in the Managed Money area.
Key Responsibilities
Build and influence strategic partnerships with plan sponsors, consultants, and sales teams
Lead daily team operations while fostering a strong culture and results-oriented environment
Leverage data strategically to inform business decisions and priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in a sales or service team
FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 registrations required upon employment
FINRA Series 65 or 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days
Ability to interpret and market approved products and services
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and sound operational judgment
