A company is looking for a Learning Programs Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of diverse learning events and programs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning events throughout their lifecycle Coordinate and support a diverse calendar of events, ensuring effective project management workflows Monitor and report on learning event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications Experience with online and/or in-person adult or professional learning Experience with educational technologies, tools, and platforms Preferred equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant professional work experience Preferred minimum of four years' experience in project management or business administration Related work experience within higher education, an association, or nonprofit organizations is preferred
