A company is looking for a Director of Admissions for a Substance Use Disorder Digital Care Program. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor the Admissions Department staff while overseeing their work Directly admit new members using Motivational Interviewing techniques Track the admissions funnel and improve conversion rate metrics through experimentation and process streamlining Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a Related Field Certified or Licensed as a Behavioral Health Qualified Health Professional (QHP) or equivalent At least 5 years of work experience Demonstrated tech/quantitative skills and experience with EHRs and/or CRMs Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets software
