A company is looking for a Substance Use Disorders, Digital Care Program, Admissions Specialist. Key Responsibilities Assist in the growth of the Admissions Department by tracking the admissions funnel and identifying drop-out points Improve conversion rates through experimentation and streamlined processes while engaging with referring providers Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or higher in a related field At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role Certification or licensure as a Behavioral Health Qualified Health Professional or equivalent Demonstrated tech and quantitative skills with experience in CRMs/EHRs Previous experience as an Admissions Coordinator or Discharge Planner is a plus
