A company is looking for a Life Insurance Case Management Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage workflow and pending caseload to meet production and quality metrics Build relationships with Financial Advisors and support Underwriters by providing essential information for risk assessment Proactively communicate with Financial Advisors to obtain missing information and resolve issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Progress toward LOMA's FLMI and/or ALU 101 is a plus Analytical skills to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment Proficient in technology and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to change Understanding of insurance case management processes and terminology
