A company is looking for a HM Auditing Specialist - Remote. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in HM PC census reconciliation and batching processes Conduct audits of past batches for accuracy and communicate findings to relevant parties Identify systemic issues and report to leadership for overall process improvement Required Qualifications Previous experience in the Hospital Medicine Practice Coordinator role is preferred Knowledge of patient registration and medical documentation processes Clerical and medical record reconciliation experience with strong record-keeping skills A bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is preferred
