Loan Disclosure Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Disclosure Specialist to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documents and fees associated with the loan process. Key Responsibilities Validates and ensures accuracy of fees entered by loan officers Prepares and distributes initial and change disclosure packets in compliance with regulations Monitors and tracks the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing of documents Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency Minimum one (1) year of mortgage loan processing or related experience Knowledge of FNMA and Freddie MAC guidelines; VA and FHA knowledge preferred Understanding of loan processing and closing policies, procedures, and documentation Familiarity with governmental and agency requirements and automated processing systems
