Key Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Team in monitoring and evaluating loss prevention operations
Establish and enforce quality control measures to enhance accuracy in theft detection
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field
Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations management
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Ability to lead and coach teams to uphold quality standards
