A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate to assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic support by answering inbound calls and chats from members, providers, and vendors Advocate for members by resolving health plan-related questions and facilitating access to healthcare resources Drive member satisfaction by ensuring all interactions meet quality standards and delivering efficient, member-focused service Required Qualifications Healthcare customer service experience with knowledge of insurance and healthcare plans Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare (preferred) Preferred backgrounds in insurance and claims Remote call center experience (preferred) Ability to pass testing throughout the training period
