A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney Insurance Defense. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct legal research Independently create and present defense strategies and prepare legal documents Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel while managing assigned cases Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience in tort defense in Maryland and D.C Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Maryland and D.C First-chair jury trial/appellate experience preferred Demonstrated expertise in handling claim cases and litigation Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
