Key Responsibilities Oversee the organization, administration, and development of the Genetic Counseling program Lead curriculum development, teach courses, and provide academic advising to students Ensure compliance with ACGC standards and manage relationships with affiliate partners Required Qualifications MS degree and Board Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics Experience as a course instructor for at least six credit hours of post-secondary education Completion of at least 10 hours of training in curriculum design or related areas within the last 10 years if a first-time program director Fieldwork supervision experience for at least five genetic counseling graduate students Availability for year-round program administration and teaching
