Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support services to undergraduate students, assisting them in achieving academic and career goals Advise students on degree requirements, academic policies, and course selection while monitoring their academic progress Facilitate learning communities and coordinate outreach activities to enhance the student experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Experience in academic advising, student recruitment/retention, or student services administration Proficiency with computerized student information systems and CRM systems Demonstrated knowledge of student development concepts and academic advising strategies Valid U.S. driver's license
