A company is looking for a Merchant to create and drive merchandise strategy for a specific department. Key Responsibilities Develop seasonal merchandise assortment strategy and roadmap aligned with financial goals Analyze business performance and manage KPIs to drive sales and mitigate risks Oversee training and execution of tasks for Assistant and Associate Merchants Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field 5-6 years of merchandising or retail buying experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent retail math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
