Key Responsibilities Process referrals, verify benefit information, and acquire initial authorizations for patient services Resolve coverage issues and claim denials while documenting and communicating accurate authorization information Provide consulting and training services for external customers and serve as a resource for pharmacy services Required Qualifications 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting or with revenue cycle and health insurance Revenue Cycle Certification (HFMA - CRCR) or Pharmacy Technician Certification Bachelor's degree in business, communications, health care, or related field (preferred) Knowledge of ICD9 and ICD10 coding (preferred) Nationally certified pharmacy technician (preferred)
