A company is looking for a Life Insurance Case Design Analyst to provide support to brokers and agents in case design activities. Key Responsibilities Provide case design assistance and customized solutions to agents through phone consultations Evaluate insurability and match clients with suitable carriers and products, providing alternative illustrations as needed Document interactions and follow up on cases, identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with producers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School graduate or equivalent; additional education or training preferred Extensive experience in sales desk support within a BGA or Home Office environment Experience in life insurance, preferably in a Case Design role or brokerage agency setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Winflex Web, Ensight, and Salesforce preferred Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
