A company is looking for a Mortgage Post Closing Shipper (Hybrid Position). Key Responsibilities Prepare and ship loan files to the correct investor Review files for lock status and ensure all documentation is complete Conduct final audit reviews and prepare ad hoc reports as needed Required Qualifications Strong working knowledge of mortgage documents Experience with Bond, NON-QM, and Jumbo specific loan documents preferred Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook High level of integrity and confidentiality required
