Organizational Learning Specialist
A company is looking for an Organizational Learning & Development Specialist responsible for employee training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals
Design training materials and strategies catering to diverse learning styles
Collaborate with leaders to assess training needs and manage third-party training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and presenting training programs
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy businesses, with clinical experience preferred
Significant experience in Training/Leadership Development
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors
