Partner Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and coordinate tasks with HCM Partners
Execute daily activities within service level agreements and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and assist in training new partner contacts
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of technical experience in help desk support, software configuration, or related education
Knowledge of benefits, payroll, and human resource compliance
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
