Key Responsibilities

Explain patient bills, including charges and adjustments, ensuring accurate communication of all billing details
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in A/R, billing, customer service, insurance, or healthcare preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed based on department requirements
