Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer support representatives to ensure optimal performance
Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support supervisory role, preferably in a contact center environment
