Practice Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Practice Support Specialist (Temporary). Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries and support requests Manage customer-service related electronic tickets and follow up with patients regarding resolutions Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role Tech-savvy and able to work among multiple software and web-based applications Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant manner with sensitive data Previous experience in a medical office environment is a plus
