Principal Sales Operations
A company is looking for a Principal Sales Strategy and Operations professional.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global Customer Success leaders to implement improvement plans
Drive operational rigor through the administration of QBRs, MBRs, and executive readouts
Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and conduct ad-hoc analytics for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics within a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment or top-tier consulting firm
Strong analytical and Excel skills for data-driven decision-making
Experience engaging with C-level executives and GMs
Proven ability to improve business processes and drive change management
Comfort operating independently in a dynamic environment with multiple teams
