A company is looking for a Principal Technical Services Engineer to oversee technical cloud environments and ensure high-quality service for clients. Key Responsibilities Lead complex operational technical activities, including incidents and deployments Take ownership of key customer technical and operational issues while collaborating with stakeholders Ensure technical teams are skilled and develop best practices for continuous improvement Required Qualifications, Training, and Education In-depth technical expertise and several years of experience in a similar role Experience with Google Cloud Platform and supporting Java and/or Apache based applications Knowledge of cloud architecture and Kubernetes Experience with ITIL and improving processes across teams Public Cloud Certification and experience in the retail sector are highly desired
