A company is looking for a Product Coach to support the Digital Ambassador Program in Togo. Key Responsibilities Provide monthly small-group coaching sessions and support Ambassadors in applying product management frameworks Host optional office hour sessions for guidance on product management issues and help refine approaches to digital services Collaborate with the Product Management Faculty to align coaching content with training objectives and improve the training experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in civic tech, digital government, fintech, SaaS, or public service innovation Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training product teams Ability to provide structured feedback and guide product development in resource-constrained environments Fluency in both English and French
