Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach Quality Control Analysts to ensure operational efficiency and performance goals are met Analyze call monitoring data to identify trends and collaborate with internal departments to enhance patient experience Prepare and distribute internal quality reports and manage employee selection, training, and performance evaluations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in quality assurance/control 4+ years of QA/QC audit experience required Advanced knowledge of FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines Experience in employee coaching and development
