A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the onboarding process for EHR clients purchasing RCM services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of RCM onboarding specialists, ensuring effective performance and project assignment Coordinate with sales and management teams to align onboarding strategies and contractual requirements Educate the onboarding team on best practices for EHR setup and RCM processes, developing training materials and coaching Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with knowledge of billing and practice management 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing client onboarding and implementation 2+ years in a supervisory role Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
