RCM Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in Revenue Cycle Management services. Key Responsibilities Provide a great onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring timely feedback and thorough clearinghouse enrollment insights Assist with system setup, enrollments, and process training to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently Educate clients on best practices for EHR setup and RCM processes to enhance efficiency and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including knowledge of billing and practice management 2+ years experience in a client-facing role with a focus on client onboarding and relationship building Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing software and clearinghouses
