A company is looking for a News Update Editor for The Spruce Home & Crafts. Key Responsibilities: Research, revise, update, and rewrite content according to project instructions and brand guidelines Pitch and write timely news content for publication on The Spruce Home Commit to 10-15 hours of work per week, with morning availability in the Eastern Time Zone Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience writing or editing home or lifestyle media, preferably for a news publication or magazine Journalism experience is strongly preferred Familiarity with content management systems, including WordPress Access to a smartphone, computer (not a tablet), and a secure internet connection Must reside in the United States
