Scrum Master Certification Required

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support product and software development teams as a servant leader. Key Responsibilities Facilitate project coordination using agile methodologies to manage and deliver solutions while ensuring effective communication between teams Lead daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed on project status Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring collaborative processes are followed and impediments are removed for the scrum team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience Scrum Master Certification is required 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban Proven experience as a servant leader with a track record of clearing impediments for teams
