Key Responsibilities Deliver proactive services, including education workshops and expert guidance Train customers and build strong relationships to align deliveries with project milestones Maintain and extend accreditations, assist in developing best practices for key technologies Required Qualifications Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Entra ID in both on-prem and cloud environments Familiarity with migration challenges from AD to Entra ID Technical expertise in authentication models, Kerberos, NTLM, and Group Policy Knowledge of Azure P1/P2 features and conditional access Experience with device management and identity syncing
